PRINCE ALBERT

A male genital piercing where the ring goes in through the urethra and comes out on the underside of the penis. Named after the husband of Queen Victoria, who allegedly had it done so he could strap his well-endowed penis to his leg to keep it from showing through the tight-fitting trousers that were in fashion. But this is probably more rumor than truth. Queen Victoria never mentioned it in her state papers. See showerhead effect.
